City Flats is an awesome complex. The apartments are brand new and the layout is great. Most importantly the management, TEC, as well as the leasing manager Megan is very responsive and extremely helpful. She left a helpful welcome packet too. They have a great deal going to the end of the month which is also super. We look forward to our stay!!

Celina at City Flats has been extremely helpful with the move in and has made everything a breeze. The layout is very nice and the property is VERY clean!

The first time I saw the apartment I knew that it was perfect for me. I love to cook, and the kitchen is beautiful. The bedroom has plenty of room for all of my things. The management made it very easy to apply to be in the building and I find the portal to be very helpful in terms of understanding all the things I need to know about living there. Iâm so glad I found this place, City Flats is great!
